Site Director - Creative Arts Enrichment Youth Program

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Site Lead/Site Director for our creative arts after school enrichment programs. The Site Lead/Site Director will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the daily operations of our program, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a positive experience for both students and parents. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong organizational ability. Your own reliable vehicle is required for this position as the program sites are in Middleton. Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with elementary school-aged children in a camp, school, or similar setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with parents and staff members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children, fostering their creativity, and creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and demonstrating leadershipd
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and email for communication and administrative tasks.
