Now, we’re looking for a Jr. Developer Intern who’s excited about more than just writing code. We’re looking for someone who’s curious about how AI, automation, and modern development tools can make the work better, faster, and more efficient.

If you’re the kind of person who asks, “Can this be automated?” or “Is there a smarter way to build this?” — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on internship, not a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll have the chance to contribute to real projects, learn from the team, and build useful things from day one.

Your role may include:

  • Web Development: Help build, update, and optimize websites and digital tools using modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or whatever makes the most sense for the project.
  • AI-Powered Workflow: Use tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make to support coding, debugging, research, brainstorming, and productivity.
  • Coding & Debugging: Write clean, efficient, reusable code, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and help improve the overall user experience.
  • API Integration: Help connect platforms, tools, and services through third-party APIs, including AI-powered services like OpenAI or other LLM tools.
  • Automation: Look for repetitive tasks or manual workflows and help create smarter ways to automate them.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers, marketers, and developers to bring creative digital ideas to life.
  • Experimentation: Test new tools, explore new ideas, and share what you learn with the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. React or Node.js experience is even better.
  • Curiosity About AI: You’ve either used AI tools before or you’re excited to learn how they can improve your workflow.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy figuring things out, troubleshooting, and finding practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: You care about the small things and take pride in doing work well.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You’re comfortable taking initiative, asking good questions, and jumping in when something needs to be done.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and excited to work with people across different creative and technical roles.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Git or GitHub
  • Exposure to tools like Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or LangChain
  • Interest in UX/UI or basic design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite
  • Interest in startups, AI, automation, or creative technology
