Position Overview
The BDR Internship is designed for motivated college students and recent graduates interested in launching a career in sales. Interns receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced Account Executives, and contribute directly to pipeline generation while developing professional sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain CRM records and activity metrics.
- Attend sales meetings, networking events, and conferences when appropriate.
- Develop expertise in AdvizorPro's products and value proposition.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with an interest in sales and technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Details
- 10–15 hours per week during the academic semester or up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Paid hourly internship (hourly rate determined by experience and location).
- Flexible scheduling around academic commitments.
- Hands-on coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development Representative position upon graduation based on performance and business needs.
