Create High-Impact Product Content for a National Technology Brand

QualGear LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & AI Content Intern to create polished marketing content for our consumer electronics, professional AV, ergonomic, and indoor-golf product lines.

The selected student will work with real products, product photography, video footage, technical information, and brand assets to create compelling visual content for QualGear’s website, Shopify store, social-media channels, email campaigns, digital advertising, sales presentations, and retail listings.

This position is ideal for an undergraduate student who wants to combine traditional design skills with product photography, video editing, generative AI, e-commerce content creation, and digital marketing.

What You Will Do

Create professional product graphics for the QualGear Shopify store, website pages, social-media channels, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and sales materials.

Edit and enhance product photographs using Adobe Photoshop or comparable professional tools.

Remove backgrounds, correct lighting and color, improve image consistency, retouch imperfections, and prepare images for e-commerce use.

Design product feature graphics, comparison charts, infographics, promotional banners, category images, lifestyle compositions, and educational content.

Combine product images with clear headlines, specifications, callouts, dimensions, installation benefits, and other rich-text elements.

Use approved generative AI tools to help create backgrounds, concepts, supporting imagery, storyboards, layout ideas, and marketing variations.

Review AI-generated content carefully for accuracy, visual defects, brand consistency, and proper representation of the product.

Photograph QualGear products in the company’s facility using available cameras, smartphones, lighting, backgrounds, and product setups.

Record and edit product demonstrations, installation overviews, short promotional videos, social-media clips, and other video content.

Use Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software to edit footage, add titles, improve audio, create transitions, and export content for different platforms.

Resize, crop, compress, and export assets according to Shopify, social-media, email, advertising, and marketplace requirements.

Organize source files, working files, approved assets, and final exports using consistent naming and folder structures.

Collaborate with the marketing and website-development teams to ensure graphics support campaign and website goals.

Maintain visual consistency with QualGear’s branding, typography, product appearance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, advertising, photography, film, animation, marketing, or a related field.

Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, color, and image quality.

Ability to follow brand guidelines and create clean, professional designs.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product features, dimensions, labels, and specifications.

Ability to accept feedback and revise creative work efficiently.

Interest in generative AI, product photography, video production, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Ability to organize and manage multiple creative assignments.

Availability to work on-site at QualGear’s Anna, Texas facility.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or related creative tools.

Familiarity with AI image-generation, image-editing, copywriting, or video-production tools.

Experience creating e-commerce product images, Amazon-style feature graphics, social-media content, short-form video, or digital advertisements.

Familiarity with studio lighting, DSLR or mirrorless cameras, smartphone photography, audio recording, or video production.

Understanding of Shopify image requirements, web optimization, aspect ratios, compression, and file formats.

A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, video editing, digital art, advertising, or related creative work.

Position Details
