Build Real Marketing Campaigns for Growing Technology Markets
QualGear LLC is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Marketing Intern to help expand awareness of our QualGear Pro-AV product line and strengthen our presence in the rapidly growing indoor-golf simulator market.
This is not an observation-only internship. The selected student will help research prospective customers, develop campaign content, organize marketing data, create email and social-media campaigns, and use AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QualGear’s marketing activities.
The position is ideal for an undergraduate student interested in digital marketing, business development, communications, e-commerce, sales, artificial intelligence, or marketing automation.

QualGear is an American product design and technology company headquartered in Anna, Texas. Our portfolio includes more than 300 products across consumer electronics, professional AV, connectivity, ergonomic, and indoor-golf applications.
The QualGear Pro-AV line includes professional projector mounting kits, ceiling adapters, extension pipes, pipe connectors, projector brackets, vaulted-ceiling solutions, truss mounts, and custom-drop mounting components. QualGear products are also used in indoor-golf installations for mounting projectors, displays, monitors, and related equipment.
What You Will Do
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for QualGear Pro-AV products.
Promote QualGear products to professional AV installers, system integrators, schools, universities, hotels, conference facilities, houses of worship, government buyers, and commercial customers.
Help market QualGear products to indoor-golf simulator companies, installers, resellers, golf facilities, teaching studios, and related businesses.
Research prospective customers, business contacts, industry associations, dealers, installers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain organized prospect and campaign databases.
Draft personalized email campaigns, newsletters, dealer outreach messages, follow-up sequences, and promotional announcements.
Create social-media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Use generative AI tools to assist with research, campaign ideas, copy development, personalization, content repurposing, and workflow automation.
Assist with setting up automated email sequences, lead-nurturing workflows, audience segments, and campaign schedules.
Develop campaign landing-page ideas, calls to action, lead magnets, and dealer-recruitment content.
Coordinate with the graphic-design and website teams to produce campaign assets.
Track email opens, clicks, responses, social-media engagement, website traffic, leads, and other campaign results.
Prepare clear weekly summaries showing completed work, campaign performance, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.
Help maintain consistent brand voice, accurate product information, and professional presentation across all marketing channels.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship, sales, public relations, digital media, analytics, or a related field.
Strong written communication and editing skills.
Interest in email marketing, social-media marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce, or business development.
Comfortable conducting online research and organizing information in spreadsheets or customer-management systems.
Familiarity with major social-media platforms.
Willingness to learn AI, automation, email-marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to communicate professionally with business prospects and internal team members.
Availability to work on-site at QualGear’s Anna, Texas facility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating email campaigns, social posts, newsletters, presentations, or promotional content.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify, Google Analytics, email-marketing platforms, CRM systems, or workflow-automation tools.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, marketing analytics, or search-engine optimization.
Interest in professional AV technology, consumer electronics, golf, golf simulators, or technology-driven businesses.
A portfolio, class project, student-organization campaign, social-media account, or writing sample demonstrating relevant skills.
