Calling Creators: Pitch Bold Concepts for Fun, High-Impact Projects
I’m looking for a few freelance ideation content creators for a fast-growing YouTube animation channel (40M+ subs) who can help come up with short, fun, wacky video ideas.
This is a visual ideation role, not a creative writing role. We're looking for people who naturally think in funny, visual "what if..." concepts that could become engaging animated videos, not people who want to write scripts or dialogue.
This is an opportunity to collaborate on projects where creativity drives impact.
- Love brainstorming visually striking, unconventional concepts
- Can communicate ideas clearly in short descriptions or storyboards
- Enjoy iterative feedback and refining ideas quickly
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Improv or sketch comedy performers (strong sense of “what’s funny in the moment”)
- Escape room designers or puzzle creators (experience building interactive challenges)
- Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Masters or tabletop RPG world-builders (creating scenarios and structured chaos)
- Game designers or interactive experience creators
- Creative thinkers who naturally come up with “what if this happened?” style ideas
What you’ll do:
- Pitch a high volume of short-form video concepts
- Develop unusual, funny, or surprising scenarios
- Think in terms of visual hooks and audience engagement, not scripts or dialogue
- Consistently generate fresh, scroll-stopping ideas
Compensation:
- $20 for each idea approved.
- Top contributors who consistently produce high-quality ideas can earn a $500 weekly bonus by reaching 20 approved ideas in a week.
- This is freelance, project-based work with the opportunity for ongoing collaboration.
Availability:
We're looking for creators who can dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to brainstorming and developing ideas. While schedules are flexible, we're seeking people interested in becoming consistent contributors rather than occasional submissions.
