Calling Creators: Pitch Bold Concepts for Fun, High-Impact Projects

I’m looking for a few freelance ideation content creators for a fast-growing YouTube animation channel (40M+ subs) who can help come up with short, fun, wacky video ideas.

This is an opportunity to collaborate on projects where creativity drives impact. Ideal creators:

  • Love brainstorming visually striking, unconventional concepts
  • Can communicate ideas clearly in short descriptions or storyboards
  • Enjoy iterative feedback and refining ideas quickly

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Improv or sketch comedy performers (strong sense of “what’s funny in the moment”)  
  • Escape room designers or puzzle creators (experience building interactive challenges) 
  • Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Masters or tabletop RPG world-builders (creating scenarios and structured chaos) 
  • Game designers or interactive experience creators 
  • Creative thinkers who naturally come up with “what if this happened?” style ideas 

What you’ll do:

  • Pitch a high volume of short-form video concepts 
  • Develop unusual, funny, or surprising scenarios 
  • Think in terms of visual hooks and audience engagement, not scripts or dialogue 
  • Consistently generate fresh, scroll-stopping ideas
  • Paid per idea
