Part Time Sales Associate

We are looking for a team-oriented, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the Burn Boot Camp culture and standards.

This is not a traditional front desk position where the primary responsibility is checking members in. As a Burn Ambassador, this is a part-time sales associate role focused on creating an encouraging, high-energy community while actively driving membership growth. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, sales, member engagement, and completing all daily operational tasks consistently and independently.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, self-governing, and able to manage multiple priorities without needing constant direction. They can pivot when interruptions arise and confidently return to their tasks, ensuring everything is completed with excellence.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with Burn. This part-time role has the potential to develop into a Lead Burn Ambassador position for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, leadership, and a strong commitment to the team.

We understand that many candidates are balancing school or other busy commitments, so this role offers flexibility to work around class schedules and other responsibilities while still being an integral part of the team.
