Paralegal
THE PARALEGAL POSITION
LUNDIN PLLC
Lundin PLLC is a specialized business litigation firm focusing on structured finance, complex commercial litigation, and securities fraud whistleblower representation. Collectively, our attorneys have decades of big law and boutique firm litigation experience. We formed Lundin PLLC to focus on high quality, high impact litigation.
Our firm is seeking a diligent and motivated paralegal to join us in August of 2026. The position is an excellent fit for recent graduates who are interested in attending law school. We welcome applications from those with post-graduate professional experience (either within or outside the legal profession) or those graduating in the spring of 2026. In addition to supporting our firm in a variety of capacities, our paralegals will have the opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on legal experience within a collegial environment.
Although we are based in Manhattan, many members of our team work remotely and we maintain a small office in Jersey City, located only one stop from the World Trade Center. Our paralegals have the opportunity to work from home, save for preliminary in-person training and the occasional in-office workday or workweek related to trial preparation or other endeavors. We have regular team check-in calls and enjoy getting together once a month in Manhattan for a firm luncheon.

We ask that our incoming paralegals be prepared to make a two-year commitment to the firm. The paralegals must also be willing and able to relocate to the New York City area and work overtime (paid) when required by the firm. At Lundin PLLC, paralegals have the opportunity to engage with clients, collaborate daily with partners and associates, and learn the ropes of a successful law firm litigation practice.
