Job duties

  • Customer service skills are a must, as well as being able to navigate basic apps on electronic devices (provided by LIFE SURGE). 
  • This shift involves filling multiple roles and responsibilities, including: 
  • Assisting attendees with event check-in and finding seats based on their ticket type (indicated by the wristband provided at check-in). 
  • Organizing lines in high-traffic areas and counting individuals in specific sections. 
  • Passing out lunches and maintaining clean, tidy environments. 
  • Helping attendees sign up for classes through “Merch Tables” using electronic devices provided by LIFE SURGE. 
  • Resetting tables, organizing clipboards and pens, and inventorying items. 
  • Additional assignments and responsibilities may be given by the Onsite Manager upon arrival. 
  • Must be able to: speak English fluently, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs. Workers will be sent home without pay if unable to do so. This is a faith-based event; we do hold ourselves to a specific standard. However, you are not required to participate in group prayer moments. Please make sure your phone is fully charged for the event; you may need to text your manager during the day.

  • We do not accept only Spanish speaking temps, we also don’t accept only French speaking temps. 
  • For lunch, dietary restrictions are not guaranteed. 
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will send you home. As you will miss the training necessary for the shifts. The shift times start and end in our "Bullpen" when our CREW Manager signs you in and out. If you do not sign out with our manager at the end of their shift, your hours will be capped at a maximum of 4 hours. 
  • Make sure to bring your phone charged and bring a charger. This is your communication with your leader for the day. 
  • Substance Policy: Must report to shift free from the influence or odor of drugs or alcohol. Anyone who smells of drugs or alcohol; or appears impaired will be sent home.
