About the Role

We’re looking for highly driven Mechanical Engineering students or recent graduates interested in manufacturing, startups, and business development.

This is a hands-on fellowship where you’ll work directly with the founder on technical outreach and sales engineering for the U.S. market. You’ll engage with engineering teams, founders, and manufacturing decision-makers while learning how modern hardware companies prototype and manufacture products.

What You’ll Do

* Research hardware startups and engineering companies in the U.S.
* Identify founders, mechanical engineers, and procurement decision-makers
* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
* Book qualified meetings for the founder
* Understand customer manufacturing requirements and use cases
* Support sales pipeline and lead qualification activities
* Learn about CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and low-volume manufacturing workflows

Who Should Apply

* Highly Preferred - Mechanical Engineering students or similar domains (Junior or senior year)
* Strong communication and research skills
* Interested in startups, manufacturing, or B2B sales
* Comfortable speaking with engineers and technical teams
* Self-driven and execution-oriented

Compensation

Performance-based compensation tied to qualified meetings booked and conversion outcomes only. Additional incentives based on performance and contribution. 

Location & Duration

* Remote
* Must be able to commit a minimum of 6 months
* Flexible hours, 25-40hrs/week.
