Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will help clients maximize the value of our products or services, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for account growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and product implementation.
- Understand customer goals and recommend solutions to help them succeed.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks or concerns.
- Coordinate with sales, technical support, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, account management, customer service, sales, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) is often preferred.
- Experience working with software-as-a-service (SaaS) products is a plus.
