Part-Time Academic Tutor

KP Learning Lab is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Academic Tutors to support K–12 students at community centers throughout Indianapolis. Tutors will lead small-group instruction in reading, math, homework help, and academic enrichment while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small-group tutoring sessions (lesson plans and curriculum will be provided)
• Support reading, math, homework, and academic skill development
• Encourage student engagement and positive behavior
• Collaborate with KP Learning Lab staff
• Arrive prepared and maintain professionalism

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma (college students and graduates encouraged to apply)
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30–5:30 PM (flexible scheduling available)
