Office Support Representative
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Support Representative to provide administrative and customer support that ensures efficient daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage communications, perform clerical duties, maintain accurate records, and assist internal teams while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to customer and employee inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up.
