Customer Success Intern

Fenix Commerce is a SaaS company founded by e-commerce industry veterans on a mission to help retailers compete with the likes of Amazon on delivery experience. 

Our platform gives retailers accurate pre-purchase estimated delivery dates, multi-carrier parcel management, and post-purchase tracking — reducing shipping costs while driving conversion.

About the Role We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Go-to-Market team and help ensure Fenix Commerce customers realize the full value of our delivery experience platform. You'll support onboarding, adoption, and retention efforts, working closely with our Customer Success Managers. 

Key Responsibilities • Support customer onboarding, training, and adoption of the Fenix Commerce platform • Help track account health, usage metrics, and renewal timelines • Assist in preparing customer-facing materials (QBRs, onboarding guides, FAQs) • Respond to routine customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to relay customer feedback What We're Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude • Organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks at once • Prior customer support, customer success, or account management internship experience is a plus
