Office Support Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Support Representative to provide administrative and customer support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, manage communications, maintain records, and provide excellent service to customers and internal staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving routine issues.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage document filing systems.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic recordkeeping as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate supply orders.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
