Successful projects begin with effective communication. As our Remote Meeting Coordinator, you'll organize virtual meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, distribute meeting materials, and ensure every meeting runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule internal and client meetings.
  • Coordinate virtual meeting platforms.
  • Prepare agendas and documentation.
  • Record meeting notes.
  • Follow up on action items.
  • Maintain scheduling calendars.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Time management abilities.
  • Administrative experience preferred.
