Although this is a remote position, you'll serve as the virtual front desk for Goliath Constructions MD. You'll greet callers, direct inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service while helping maintain a professional experience for every client.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and messages.
