Product Manager
Role Summary
Own feature execution and product improvements for an AI-driven supply chain intelligence platform used by global enterprises. Work at the intersection of data, AI, and real-world decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into product features
- Drive execution from concept → launch
- Collaborate with engineering and sales
- Improve platform usability
- Support pilots and client deployments
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of related experience in software solutions, database technologies, and cloud-based applications
- Background in one of the following: Product management (preferred), Consulting, Supply chain / ESG / Compliance tools, Data/analytics platforms
- Structured thinking (can break ambiguous problems into frameworks)
- Strong execution (ships features, not just ideas)
- Data fluency (SQL/basic analytics mindset)
- Customer empathy (can sit in customer meetings and extract insights)
- Technical literacy (APIs, data pipelines—not coding heavy)
- Understanding of AI basics and AI tools
- Strong technical writing skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your workload and deadlines
