Growth Intern
The role
We're looking for a Growth Intern to own the front lines of our outbound engine. You'll build and run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns that put our product in front of the right people, then use data to make every next campaign sharper. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes writing, testing, and watching a reply rate climb.
You'll work directly with [the founder / growth lead / marketing team] and see the full arc of a pipeline — from a raw prospect list to a booked meeting.
What you'll do
- Build and enrich targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Write and A/B test cold email sequences — subject lines, hooks, CTAs — and iterate on what converts
- Run LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, personalized messages, and follow-up cadences
- Manage sending infrastructure and deliverability (warm-up, domain health, inbox rotation)
- Personalize outreach at scale using templates, snippets, and light automation
- Track and report on core metrics — open, reply, positive-reply, and meeting-booked rates
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date, logging every touchpoint and status change
- Handle inbound replies, qualify leads, and hand off warm conversations to the team
What we're looking for
- Sharp writing instincts — you can make a two-line message feel human, not spammy
- Obsessive attention to detail (typos in outreach are a dealbreaker)
- Comfort with data: you like tracking numbers and forming a hypothesis from them
- A self-starter who can run experiments without being handed a playbook
- Organized and reliable with follow-through on high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree — or skipping the degree and just good at this
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
- Any prior sales, marketing, or growth experience — even a side project counts
- Light comfort with spreadsheets, and bonus points for basic automation (Zapier, simple scripts)
