Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

A Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional front-office support and administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff while handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Support office staff with administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree is a plus.

  • Experience using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners, and copiers.
