Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and organized appointment setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will communicate with prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments for our sales or service teams. You will be responsible for managing calendars, confirming appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the scheduling process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, or chat to schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate and manage appointment calendars for sales representatives or service teams.
  • Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Verify customer information and ensure appointment details are accurate.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and reminders.
  • Update customer information in the company's CRM or scheduling system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure appointments are properly assigned and completed.
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment scheduling goals while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, scheduling, call center, or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
