Chat Support Representative
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused chat support representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is preferred but not required.
