About the Role
AGORA is hiring part-time remote Gaming Recruiting Outreach Specialists to support a high-end technical recruiting company focused on the gaming industry.
In this role, you will help contact potential candidates for active recruiting campaigns. These may include technical, creative, and business roles across gaming and interactive entertainment. Your job is to make professional outbound calls, confirm candidate interest, gather basic information, qualify fit based on the campaign workflow, and help move interested candidates to the recruiter for next steps.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for active gaming recruiting campaigns
- Use AGORA’s mobile app to place calls, follow scripts, update statuses, and enter notes
- Introduce recruiting opportunities in a professional and concise way
- Confirm candidate interest, availability, and basic fit
- Collect accurate candidate information for recruiter follow-up
- Identify strong candidates and escalate them according to the campaign workflow
- Maintain a professional tone when speaking with technical and creative talent
- Follow campaign scripts, qualification criteria, and outreach instructions
- Attend team meetings or campaign updates as needed
- Communicate recurring objections, candidate feedback, and lead-quality issues to the AGORA team

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to follow scripts and qualification workflows carefully
- Comfort using a mobile app for calling, notes, and campaign updates
- Ability to work part-time hours remotely
- Prior experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, gaming, business development, or phone outreach is helpful but not required
- Training will be provided
Compensation
This role pays $20/hour base pay plus commission.
Top performers may earn up to approximately $50/hour in total effective compensation, depending on campaign performance and commission outcomes.
Commission details will be explained during onboarding and may be based on qualified candidate conversations, candidate submissions, interviews booked, or other approved campaign outcomes.
