Asteroom, Inc. is a property data infrastructure company headquartered in California, backed by a publicly listed technology company based in Taiwan. We're a $10M ARR business growing 200% year-over-year, going after a billion-dollar TAM in the real estate inspection market.
Using our own proprietary 3D scanning technology, we provide structured property data across mortgage, insurance claims, iBuying, and single-family rental operations and repair to help enable the real estate service companies to leverage artificial intelligence in their decisioning and workflows. We operate a nationwide network of 5,000+ certified data collectors covering all 50 states. Our clients and partners include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, Opendoor, Invitation Homes (Blackstone), Liberty Mutual, and Property Master.
How We're Built
Asteroom's go-to-market runs on a deliberately senior model. Our CEO has built a sales automation system in HubSpot, and around it sit four highly senior Strategic Partnership leads, each owning a distinct market: Mortgage, Insurance, SFR Rental, and SFR Contractor. These leaders bring deep industry relationships and open doors that would take years to build cold.
That combination — an automated demand engine plus senior, relationship-driven partnerships — already produces pilots and thought leadership that drive industry adoption. What we're missing is the person who amplifies it.
The Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to be the liaison and force multiplier at the center of this system. You sit between the CEO's automation engine and the Strategic Partnership leads' industry domain expertise and relationships, and your job is to make the whole machine run faster and produce more.
Concretely, that means: operating the HubSpot sales automation system the CEO has built, activating the warm connections our four partnership leads bring in, and converting those into pilots and thought-leadership moments that push the market toward adoption. You're not building the network from scratch and you're not building the system from scratch — you're the connective tissue that turns both into pipeline and momentum, at a pace and volume the senior team can't sustain on their own.
You don't need real estate or mortgage experience — the CEO and our partnership leads will train you on the domain. What we need is someone who instinctively reaches for AI and automation to scale a process, and who thrives on making other people's relationships and systems produce more than they otherwise would.
What You'll Do
1. Operate the HubSpot engine & run lead-generation sequences. Own the day-to-day of the CEO's sales automation system — building lists, executing multi-touch email and LinkedIn cadences, managing contact data, and continuously testing what converts. You keep qualified leads flowing into the pipeline.
2. Activate Strategic Partnership connections into pilots. Work hand-in-hand with our four partnership leads to turn their warm introductions and industry relationships into concrete pilot opportunities. You're the one who follows through, keeps momentum, and moves a warm intro from conversation to signed pilot.
3. Produce thought leadership, news, and press. Collaborate with clients and the team to produce thought-leadership content, news releases, and research, and build relationships with industry journalists — turning Asteroom's data and partnerships into stories that drive adoption.
4. Hunt and prospect at conferences. Represent Asteroom at industry events — working the floor, sourcing new opportunities, and prospecting decision-makers at lenders, AMCs, insurers, and SFR operators face-to-face.
5. Multiply the process with AI. Bring a strong appetite for leveraging AI across the entire motion — prospecting, research, personalization, content, and workflow automation. We want someone who treats AI as a force multiplier and is always looking for the next way to do more with less.
What We're Looking For
- A natural liaison — someone energized by connecting people, systems, and opportunities rather than working in isolation
- Hunger, coachability, and a bias toward action; you'd rather amplify a working process than wait for a perfect one
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable producing content and engaging senior stakeholders and industry leaders
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and sales automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, HubSpot workflows, etc.)
- Comfort with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to outreach
- Willingness to travel to conferences and industry events
- Native English speaker; fluency in mandarin chinese is a bonus
- Real estate, insurance, mortgage, or appraisal experience is a plus, not a requirement — we will train you

Compensation
- Will be a mix of cash comp, quota based commission, and potential equity. Total package various depending on experience level / quota
