Job Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Davenport, IA, supporting assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assembly operations by assisting with manufacturing process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist with troubleshooting production and assembly-related issues.
• Help develop and maintain manufacturing layouts, work instructions, and assembly methods.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Assist with small projects related to manufacturing and production operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
