Title: Real Estate Manager 

Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Sourcing land for residential development reaching out to land owners and brokers. 

Working with the team and eventually on your own to determine topographic, zoning and utilities. 

Creating exhibits in Blue Beam or other programs to include in detailed zoning exhibits concerning adjacent land owners, and uses. 

Presenting potential sites for purchase to the purchasing committing. 

Working with the team to make recommendations to hire professionals and obtaining pricing from professionals and writings scopes for work such as surveys, geotechnical borings, and staking. 

Desired Skills: 

Four Year degree in: Real Estate, Business, Finance,   

MS Office, especially Excel Proficiency required

Blue Beam, Adobe 

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

100% in the office 5 days a week from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Must live within 20 mile radius of Alpharetta for a better commute and work-life balance.
