OrthoServ partners with orthopedic and pain management clinics to provide high-quality orthotic and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) services. We are seeking motivated, patient-focused individuals looking to gain meaningful clinical experience while making a direct impact on patient care.
This opportunity is ideal for Pre-Med, Pre-PA, Pre-PT, Nursing, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and other Health Science students or graduates seeking hands-on healthcare experience before pursuing advanced education.

Responsibilities
- Conduct orthotic evaluations
- Perform musculoskeletal (MSK) evaluations
- Fit and adjust orthotic and DME devices
- Educate patients on device usage and care
- Manage orthotic inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans
- Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed
DFW Territories
Territory 1
West Frisco, Irving, Farmers Branch, and Denton
Territory 2
McKinney, Allen, Mesquite, and Rockwall
Candidates should be comfortable traveling between 2–3 clinics within their assigned region.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between clinic locations
Preferred
- Clinical, healthcare, athletic training, rehabilitation, or patient care experience
- Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting
Clinical experience is an added advantage, but comprehensive training will be provided.
