Job Title: Auto Claims Representative, New Hampshire Public Risk Management Exchange (Primex3)
Department: Claims & Coverage Programs
Reports to: Director of Claims & Coverage Programs

Primex3 has an opening for an Auto Claims Representative. As an integral part of the Claims Team, this position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating and resolving assigned claims. Primex3 Auto claims representatives must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Auto Adjuster Essential Job Functions:
- Investigates, handles and manages to conclusion all claims assigned
- Makes decisions based on the coverage document
- Makes determinations of liability pursuant to State statutes and regulations
- Corresponds with members, third parties and providers in a clear, concise and courteous manner in order to convey the Primex3 position on claims issues
- Provides outstanding customer service to Primex3 members & claimants by promptly and courteously answering and responding to issues and concerns
- Occasionally Travels to member locations to participate in claims reviews and/or presentations
Auto Adjuster Position Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in auto claims adjusting.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred.
Valid applicable NH Adjuster’s license.
Valid NH Driver’s License; Limited in-state travel may be required.
