ROLE SUMMARY:
We are assigning exclusive regional territory portfolios to ambitious Regional Growth Directors (RGDs) for the upcoming Fall sports season. Under direct founder mentorship, this role functions as a hands-on, real-world incubator for future business leaders looking to gain verifiable executive experience in Enterprise Territory Management, Tech-to-Market Distribution, and High-Ticket B2B Communication. This role offers total schedule flexibility built to easily "double-dip" around a heavy college class schedule or standard internship track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regional Launch Operations: Coordinate the initial community rollout by distributing unique regional access links to local athletic associations and parent groups to validate the platform feed ahead of the regular season opening.

B2B Account Management: Establish and secure strategic partnerships with prominent neighborhood businesses (family restaurants, athletic training facilities, pediatric clinics) to lock down seasonal program sponsorships.

Venue Mapping: Utilize our live location-scanning proximity ad engine to map corporate sponsor visibility directly to local youth sports venues.

Operational Execution: Manage corporate sponsor agreements, track outreach metrics, and deploy pre-made corporate marketing toolkits provided by the executive team.
