Virtual Caregiver

A Virtual Caregiver/Health Care Aide provides remote support to clients through phone or video calls, helping them maintain their health, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual check-ins with clients.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Remind clients about medications and appointments.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health.
  • Maintain accurate care records.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and the ability to work independently.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
