Sales Development Representative

PieEye is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in building a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and data-driven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build and manage target account lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Personalize outreach based on firmographic, technographic, and event-based triggers.
  • Maintain daily activity targets for dials, emails, and conversations.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Run experiments on messaging and sequences to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Monitor inbox health and deliverability trends.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy with detailed notes and tracking.
  • Produce weekly reports on activity and meeting quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on follow-up campaigns.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to conduct fast account research and develop personalized messaging.
  • Disciplined in CRM updates and pipeline management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage conversion metrics.
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance goals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or martech solutions is a plus.
