Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Agent with an accounting background to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving account questions, and supporting our accounting staff with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Respond to client phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
Assist clients with questions regarding bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and accounting services.
Schedule appointments and maintain client calendars.
Follow up with clients regarding requested documents and information.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Assist with data entry and basic accounting administrative tasks.
Escalate complex accounting questions to the appropriate team member.
Provide an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required.
Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance background preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
