What You'll Do
As an Early Intervention Specialist, you'll partner with families of infants and toddlers (birth to age five) in their natural environments to help children reach developmental milestones.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide family-centered Early Intervention services in homes and community settings.
- Coach and empower caregivers through play-based developmental activities.
- Complete developmental assessments and ongoing documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized family service plans.
- Collaborate with speech, occupational, physical, and other therapy providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet state and Medicaid guidelines.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families while supporting each child's unique needs.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following:
- Early Childhood Education
- Elementary Education
- Special Education
- Nursing
- Social Work
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Greenville County
- Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care.
Preferred
- Experience in Early Intervention, developmental disabilities, pediatric services, or related fields.
- New graduates with relevant internships or practicum experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000–$40,000 per year (based on experience)
Work Location: Travel throughout Greenville County with administrative office support in Greenville.
