What You Will Do
• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across a portfolio of active and pipeline development initiatives
• Partner with customers and business development teams in project meetings to understand part requirements, validation needs, and certification expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and detailed plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource alignment
• Coordinate product realization processes that balance speed-to-market with quality, managing internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution
• Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular, robust updates to leadership, clients, and external teams
• Mitigate project risks proactively while managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs through established verification and change control processes
• Document and maintain comprehensive project records, escalating issues to management when needed and ensuring transparency across all project phases

What You Will Bring
• Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of educational background and work experience
• Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in project management, program coordination, technical leadership, product management, or other roles encompassing significant project management duties delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships
• Communication: Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent computer skills and comfort with project management tools and platforms
• Travel: Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
