Live Chat Support Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused Live Chat Support Manager who can lead our online customer support efforts and ensure every visitor receives prompt, professional assistance.

Job Summary

As the Live Chat Support Manager, you will oversee daily live chat operations, manage customer interactions, support the chat team, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective buyers, sellers, renters, and current clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily live chat operations and ensure timely responses.
Lead, coach, and motivate the live chat support team.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding real estate services, listings, appointments, and general questions.
Monitor chat quality and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Track team performance using key metrics and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to improve customer experience.
Develop and maintain chat scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Train new team members on company policies, communication standards, and customer service best practices.
Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or customer support management.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
