AT&T Sales Associate

Legacy Shore Marketing, a sales and business consulting firm in Sacramento, is hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to support our AT&T wireless campaigns. As an authorized dealer for AT&T, we work directly with local communities to provide mobile devices, service plans, and connectivity solutions through in-person customer interactions.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity with paid training provided. The AT&T Sales Associate will learn how to present wireless products, assist customers with account setup, and deliver a professional sales experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate:

  • Engage with customers through in-person outreach to introduce AT&T wireless services and promotions
  • Educate customers on mobile devices, plans, and network features
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
  • Assist with account activations, upgrades, and device setup
  • Answer questions regarding service options, billing, and product features
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions accurately
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on growth and performance

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in an in-person sales environment
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
