New Materials/New Processes Researcher (Flexible Technology)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and expansion of flexible electronic technology.
1. Conduct systematic basic research on exploring new driving mechanisms, developing flexible substrates, multifunctional actuators, and enhancing structure and performance;
2. Conduct research on the application of functional software actuators in potential fields;
3. Propose material requirements for flexible electronic devices, actuator development, and process development, and communicate with material manufacturers;
4. Conduct research on the development trends of flexible electronic technology in the industry, propose innovative research and development ideas, and carry out exchanges and management of external cooperation projects.
Qualifications for the position
1. Master or PhD graduates;
2. Majors related to materials, chemistry, mechanics, structural design, semiconductors, etc;
3. Familiar with knowledge related to flexible materials such as liquid crystal materials, elastomer materials, and flexible conductive materials, with solid experience in organic synthesis; Proficient in testing methods related to organic elastomer materials, with a theoretical calculation foundation preferred; Priority will be given to those with flexible electronic directional mechanics simulation capabilities.
4. Strong ability to learn, analyze, and solve problems, excellent communication and coordination skills, able to independently carry out and promote projects, and achieve results;
5. Ability to read and write English literature;
