Preschool Teacher

Holy Name of Mary Preschool has followed the guidelines of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for over twenty years.  Our goal of nuturing and caring for children with Christ as the master teacher, guides a high quality early childhood education where children grow physically, emotionally, and intellectually.

Holy Name of Mary's Preschool program is licensed by the State of California's Department of Social Services, therefore, basic requirements for this position are as follows:

Have 12 postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development (see Title 22) completed, and at least 6 months of work experience in a licensed child care or comparable group child care program.

Hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a 3-5 age-level endoresement or an AA in Early Childhood Education.
