Position Overview

Novera Point is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates, college students, and individuals looking to launch a career in sales, business, marketing, or management.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers inside major retail locations, helping them identify products and services that best fit their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and build positive relationships
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and wireless solutions
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Represent Novera Point and our clients professionally at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Weekend availability required
