Our rapidly growing company seeks an eager and hard-working professional to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, duct work, and chiller replacement mechanical service contracts from award through final completion. This exciting career opportunity will provide operational, mechanical, and administrative support across the Service Operations Department.
The Project Manager operates both independently and in concert with all Service Operations team members and is ultimately responsible for the short-term and long-term performance of the Service Operations projects. The primary areas of responsibility are financial performance of projects, work quality, customer base maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in commercial HVAC, temperature control, and/or the electrical industry; a bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred.
- At least three years’ experience in project management, estimating, or engineering of commercial HVAC systems.
- Proven experience in corporate settings or customer-facing roles involving daily client interaction, team scheduling, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Experience managing HVAC service operations; familiarity with controls systems a plus.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple crews and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Project Management experience within a commercial HVAC environment is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project, as well as general software navigation; experience with MS Teams and Smartsheet is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, reference check, and background check.
Working Environment:
Work is performed in a primarily office environment including remote locations or on-site at project locations. Project locations include work sites in commercial, industrial, institutional buildings, or other construction areas including outdoors environments.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- Remain in a sitting position at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent and repeated hand and arm movement to manipulate objects.
- Frequent lifting up to ten pounds individually, and team lifting heavier items.
