Data Quality Analyst – Thai Language Specialist6-Month Contract

We are seeking a Thai-speaking Data Quality Analyst to join our AR/VR Product Data Operations team. This role plays a key part in the development of avatar technologies and requires fluency in Thai to support language-specific data collection and quality assurance efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, stakeholders, and vendor partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Author and refine guidelines for Thai-language data collection and QA audits.
- Conduct internal research studies involving Thai-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform weekly QA audits of Thai-language data collected by internal and external teams.
- Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to Thai-language data.
- Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality Thai data.
- Monitor program performance and identify best practices for improving Thai data quality.
- Assist in tracking, reporting, and interpreting Thai-language data insights (quantitative and qualitative).
- Support the development and implementation of tools and systems for evaluating Thai-language data.
- Use internal tools to upload and manage Thai-language datasets.
- Advise stakeholders on Thai-related data quality or technical issues and propose corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is required.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.
- Must be willing to work onsite as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics, cognitive science, information systems).
- 1+ year experience in user research, data collection, or a related field.
- Prior leadership or team management experience.
- Interest in AR/VR technologies (e.g., games, software, hardware).
- Strong Plus: Certification in Facial Action Coding System.
