Strategic Growth Specialist: Driving Local Market Expansion in Tempe & Phoenix
GOTYOU is seeking a results-oriented Growth Specialist to join our dedicated regional team. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels at the intersection of business development, community engagement, and brand activation. You will serve as a key ambassador for the GOTYOU platform, working within a high-performance team of 5–6 specialists to scale our presence across the Tempe and Phoenix markets.
The Opportunity:
- Business Development & Merchant Acquisition: Identify potential partners through strategic networking and field-based outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- End-to-End Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and closing deals to successfully onboarding new merchants to the GOTYOU platform.
- Strategic Brand Activations: Execute and facilitate high-impact promotional events, including pop-up activations and street-level initiatives, to drive user acquisition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the GOTYOU value proposition to both business owners and end-users, ensuring a seamless adoption of the platform.
- Content & Market Insight: Capture real-time market sentiment and engagement data to refine growth strategies and brand storytelling.

- Work Authorization: Valid US work authorization is required, along with the ability to work as an independent subcontractor (1099).
Position Overview:
- Structure: Permanent role featuring a full-time schedule throughout the summer months, transitioning to a part-time engagement in the fall.
- Location: Primary operations are onsite within the Tempe and Phoenix metropolitan areas.
- Compensation: $500 weekly base as a subcontractor (1099), supplemented by a competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses.
