Resale Store Assistant Manager

Position Description

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting daily store operations, developing team members, and creating an excellent experience for donors, customers, and volunteers. This position requires physical labor, emotional intelligence, positive energy, and spiritual strength.

Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability while helping ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. The Assistant Store Manager will help oversee daily production, sales floor presentation, customer service, and donation processing while working closely with the Store Manager to drive growth and maintain a positive team culture.

We are looking for a leader who leads by example, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and creates a sense of urgency and excellence throughout the store.

Thrift store or resale experience is a plus, but not required.
