Role Overview: Product owner responsible for translating business and domain needs into product requirements, balancing design, technical delivery, and business/domain expertise.
Location: Tampa FL/Milpitas CA
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strong business analysis (BA) skills — able to gather, structure, and translate requirements
- Working knowledge of design/product thinking to shape user-facing features
- Balanced, well-rounded personality — able to work across technical and business teams
- Business acumen with a strong domain expertise requirement (industry/vertical knowledge)
- Solid technical knowledge and fluency — able to engage credibly with engineering on architecture, feasibility, and trade-offs, not just requirements
- Solid grounding in AI/data engineering fundamentals, including infrastructure and deployment considerations
- Working knowledge of building and integrating AI agents (LLM-based / RAG architectures), to guide product decisions on AI-driven features
- Proven experience delivering products end-to-end — from discovery and requirements through launch and post-launch iteration
- Hands-on experience developing and delivering enterprise applications, working closely with engineering teams through the full build cycle
- Ability to prioritize and manage product roadmap across cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable partnering with FDEs/engineers/Tech Leads to ensure feasibility of product decisions, bridging business needs with technical execution
- Flexible to travel to client sites as needed
- Exposure of design tools, Figma is a plus.
