About the Role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll represent well-known brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and retail marketing activations. Your primary focus will be engaging potential customers, creating positive brand experiences, introducing products and services, and driving sales through face-to-face interactions.
Working alongside a supportive and energetic team, you'll develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills while contributing directly to the success of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Promote products and services while communicating key features and benefits
- Generate new customers and achieve individual and team performance targets
- Build rapport and create memorable customer experiences that encourage brand loyalty
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly objectives
- Attend ongoing product training, coaching sessions, and professional development workshops
