Business Development Intern

Business Development & Growth Intern (Remote | Flexible Hours | Commission-Based)

Terso AI is an AI consulting and automation startup helping businesses increase revenue and efficiency through AI systems, workflow automation, and go-to-market infrastructure.

We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-focused student to help drive outbound growth and build the systems that generate revenue.

This is a hands-on role: part sales, part LinkedIn-driven growth, part scrappy execution.

Responsibilities

Own LinkedIn outbound outreach (primary channel) to generate leads and book sales calls

Build and maintain relationships with founders, operators, and decision-makers on LinkedIn

Help manage and grow Terso AI’s LinkedIn presence (posting, engagement, content distribution)

Execute cold email outreach and occasional cold calls (as needed)

Book qualified meetings and support the sales pipeline end-to-end

Help build lightweight tools/automations to improve outbound efficiency

Support growth initiatives such as webinars, lead magnets, and online courses

What We’re Looking For

Strong written communication and ability to think in “messaging + persuasion”

Extremely proactive — comfortable with repetitive outbound/grunt work when needed

Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or cold calling strongly preferred

Bonus: experience with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, CRM tools, AI tools, etc.)

Interest in startups, sales, AI, or building things from scratch

Compensation

Commission-based with uncapped upside. This role is designed for those who want direct exposure to real sales and growth outcomes, not passive internship experience.
