Our Children First, Inc. is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice providing Early Intervention (birth–3 years), Preschool Special Education (CPSE), and outpatient therapy services throughout New York City. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) who is passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. What You'll Do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations under supervision.
• Provide individualized speech-language therapy for children ages birth to five.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and special educators.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Receive regular supervision and mentorship to successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for New York State Limited License.
• Eligible to begin the ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF).
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and families.

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience working with pediatric populations through graduate clinical placements.
• Interest in Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education.
