Full-Time School-Based Counselor

Join a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to helping children heal. We are seeking a passionate full-time clinician to provide impactful mental health services to elementary school students (ages 4–12) within Alachua County.

Key Requirements

  • Credentials: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Intern.
  • Experience: Background counseling children with mental health and trauma needs.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Pay: $44,000 – $54,000 per year (Equivalent to a $55,000–$68,000 traditional 12-month salary due to summers and school holidays off).
