For the past eight years, we have helped high-growth technology companies, AI startups, and global companies hire critical talent through Direct Hire, Executive Search, RPO, TPA, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.

We combine proprietary talent data, AI-powered sourcing, and human-in-the-loop execution to deliver interview-ready candidates with speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

We are also building Hiring Copilot, our AI-native hiring platform that helps companies source, screen, and validate qualified candidates faster and at lower cost.

 

The Role

We are looking for a Client Development Lead to help build and scale OCBridge’s U.S. customer growth.

This is a founding role that combines new client acquisition, existing client expansion, recruiting execution, and market feedback. You will work directly with the founder to develop new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, expand client relationships, and understand OCBridge’s full service lines, including Direct Hire, RPO, TPA, and Hiring Copilot.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new customer pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, referrals, events, and direct relationship building
  • Attend startup, AI, HR, recruiting, founder, investor, and technology events to identify potential customers and build relationships
  • Engage founders, hiring managers, HR leaders, executives, and business decision-makers
  • Convert customer conversations into qualified meetings, pilot opportunities, new roles, and closed deals
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing OCBridge clients
  • Identify additional hiring needs across current accounts and expand cooperation across service lines
  • Spend approximately 40%-50% of your time learning and supporting recruiting execution to understand OCBridge’s full business model
  • Participate in role intake, candidate positioning, shortlist delivery, client follow-up, and hiring process coordination
  • Help improve ICP, messaging, pitch, pricing feedback, and GTM conversion strategy
  • Track pipeline, follow up consistently, and turn market feedback into insights for service and product improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, AI, recruiting, and GTM
  • Strong ownership, responsibility, career ambition, and desire to build something meaningful
  • Experience or strong ability in cold outreach, business development, client development, recruiting, staffing, SaaS, HR tech, or early-stage GTM
  • Willing to attend events, meet new people, and actively build customer relationships
  • Persistent, self-driven, and not discouraged by rejection
  • Fast-moving, scrappy, resourceful, and able to figure things out with limited resources
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up consistently
  • Willing to learn recruiting deeply in order to understand the customer, the service, and the business
  • Ex-founder or early startup team experience is a plus
  • Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred
