This Expression of Interest is your invitation to jumpstart your career and be considered for future Associate, Programmatic, Media Optimization roles within our Solutions Delivery team in New York, NY. As a junior specialist on this team, you will work alongside programmatic and AI experts, growing your technical expertise from the ground up while actively managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As an Associate on our Media Optimization team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Platform Mastery: Growing your technical knowledge of programmatic systems so that you gain a comprehensive understanding of all company-utilized platforms and practices within your first year.
  • Campaign Setup: Planning the structure and taking ownership of the technical setup of programmatic campaigns across all channels, including display, video, Advanced TV, DOOH, and Commerce.
  • Campaign Maintenance: Managing all aspects of campaign upkeep—including active quality assurance (QA) checks, performance tracking, pacing, optimization, and profitability updates.
  • Testing & Innovation: Driving tech tests, scaling successful programs, seeking out new optimization tactics, and sharing best practices with the wider team.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Partnering with Account Services to turn data-backed, actionable insights from your optimizations into strategic client recommendations.
  • Ad Operations: Traffic creatives and tracking pixels while handling technical troubleshooting, support, and discrepancy investigation.
  • Specialist Development: Cultivating deep, specialized expertise in a chosen programmatic pillar (such as Artificial Intelligence, Supply Management, Dynamic Creative, or Data Integration) to establish best practices.
  • Industry Learning: Deepening your wider media knowledge through trade journals, workshops, and industry events.

Skills & Experience
